basset rescued but cannot be help long.. MO

This one year old basset was in an outdoor kennel for two weeks in the sun with no shelter at the Clever, MO pound. Marilyn pulled her when she found out about her (which is the same time that this girl's time was up). Marilyn CANNOT keep her so she needs rescue fast.
